علق طارق السيد لاعب الزمالك السابق، والمدير الفني الحالي لنادي الترسانة، على قائمة منتخب مصر، مشيرًا إلى أن نتيجة مباراة القمة ليست متوقعة.

كارلوس كيروش المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر أعلن قائمة الفراعنة أمس استعدادًا لمواجهتي أنجولا والجابون في تصفيات أفريقيا لكأس العالم. طالع القائمة من هنا.

وقال طارق في تصريحات إذاعية عبر أثير راديو “9090”: “استبعاد طارق حامد وأحمد سيد زيزو علامة استفهمام كبيرة، استغرب هذا الأمر، لأن الثنائي من أعمدة المنتخب في الفترة الأخيرة، وهما من اللاعبين المميزين”.

وتابع: “زيزو من أفضل اللاعبين المتواجدين في مصر خلال الفترة الحالية، وطارق حامد أداؤه ثابت مع منتخب مصر، علامة استفهمام غريبة أخرى وهي انضمام محمود علاء لقائمة الفراعنة من وجهة نظري”.

وأوضح: “محمود علاء مستواه متراجع، أعتقد أن هناك أفضل منه في مركزه من الممكن أن يكون موجودًا في منتخب مصر، وتواجد إمام عاشور هو دفاع بتفكير جديد أو تغيير جلد الفراعنة أو للنزول بالأعمار السنية وانضمامه قد يضيف للفريق الوطني”.

وأردف: “أتمنى أن يركز إمام في الفترة المقبلة، ويترك السوشيال ميديا، لأنها تأخذ منه الكثير واللاعبين الذين يسيرون وراءها لم يستكملوا مشوارهم في الملاعب، ولا يحققون إنجازات لأنفسهم، السوشيال ميديا تؤثر عليه بشكل كبير للغاية”.

وعن استبعاد عمر مرموش من قائمة منتخب مصر بسبب الإصابة، قال: “هذا الأمر غريب للغاية، لا أفهم طريقة تفكير كارلوس كيروش، كان من الممكن أن يضم أحمد زيزو أو رمضان صبحي، ولكن كل مدير فني يكون له وجهة نظر وسيناريوهات خاصة به، وفي النهاية نتمنى له التوفيق”.

وواصل: “كيروش لديه ميزة جيدة وهي أنه لا يفرق معه أسماء لاعبين، هذا الأمر بداية نجاح، وهو شخصيته قوية ويختار وفق رؤيته الخاصة، وأرى أنه يتابع جميع المباريات ويحضرها، وفي النهاية نحاسب على النتائج وليس الاختيارات”.

وعن خسارة الزمالك أمام الأهلي في قمة الدوري، قال: “نتيجة المباراة غير متوقعة، كان هناك توفيق كبير للغاية للأهلي، وتقدمه بثلاثة أهداف في أول ربع ساعة غير طبيعي في القمة”.

وأضاف: “النادي الأهلي استطاع أن يخطف الزمالك في البداية وسجل 3 أهداف، وعدم استغلال الفرصتين للأبيض في البداية من عوامل هزيمته الأساسية”.

واختتم: “مشاركة عمر السعيد في المباراة على حساب سيف الجزيري من ضمن أخطاء كارتيرون في بداية اللقاء”.

جدير بالذكر أن الزمالك هُزم من غريمه التقليدي الأهلي بخمسة أهداف مقابل ثلاثة، في لقاء القمة 123 والذي أقيم يوم الجمعة الماضي، في إطار الجولة الثالثة من الدوري المصري الممتاز.

Whilst his current back-up, Ben Davies, is under contract in north London until 2024.

You’ve also got promising young talent Ryan Sessegnon, who is enjoying a run of games at Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim this season.

However, in the long-run, it should be Dennis Cirkin who gets the nod. In fact, he should be integrated over the struggling Welshman sooner rather than later to allow for a smooth transition should Reguilon return to Spain.

Mourinho is a massive, massive fan of the 18-year-old as he’s often let him train with the first team squad – upon signing a new contract last year, the Special One said: “OK, he’s 17, but he’s a kid with a lot of quality, and I look forward to bringing him to train with us, and to help his development.”

He has even hinted that Cirkin will be involved with the seniors full-time from next season.

The teenager has been capped at U16 and U17 level for England but is yet to feature for Spurs’ first-team despite being named on the bench in two of their three Europa League Group J matches thus far.

Cirkin is described as having “great engine on him” as well as “excellent technical ability on the ball” whilst he is a starlet that many fans in north London have called for as recently as pre-season.

One supporter called him the “real deal” and another compared him to Jan Vertonghen.

It’s still early days, of course, but all the signs are there for Mourinho to fast-track his progress in the near future. He’s certainly a young talent to keep an eye on.

Doing so could save Daniel Levy a lot of money going forward.

O Fluminense anunciou, em seu site oficial, no fim da noite desta quinta-feira, que chegou a um acordo com o lateral-direito Wellington Silva para a renovação de contrato do jogador por mais três anos. O novo vínculo do atleta irá até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2018. Wellington, que está no Tricolor desde 2013, falou da importância e da alegria de permanecer nas Laranjeiras.

Wellington Silva tem 27 anos e está com a delegação do Fluminense em Bradenton, nos Estados Unidos, onde o time realiza a pré-temporada e jogará a Florida Cup, com clubes do Brasil e do exterior. Com os reforços trazidos pela diretoria, Wellington afirma ter tido uma ótima impressão sobre o potencial do elenco para a disputa das competições desta temporada.

Marcelo Oliveira montou três times. O titular tinha Fernando Prass, Lucas, Edu Dracena, Vitor Hugo e Zé Roberto; Arouca e Matheus Sales; Robinho, Dudu e Gabriel Jesus; Barrios. Essa foi a mesma equipe ensaiada no dia anterior.

Chamou a atenção nesta equipe a presença do auxiliar técnico Alberto Valentim, que fez dupla de zaga com Leandro Almeida, deixando Nathan primeiro como um armador e depois como volante mais recuado. O improviso foi feito para que exatamente todos os atletas tivessem a mesma carga de treino no dia, uma vez que enquanto duas equipes se enfrentavam a outra fazia trabalho de cruzamentos e finalizações.

O outro time reserva foi formado por Vinicius Silvestre, Taylor, Thiago Martins, Roger Carvalho e Victor Luis; Rodrigo e Moisés; Mouche, Régis e Allione; Alecsandro.

O trabalho foi realizado em pouco mais da metade do gramado. Só era permitido dar dois toques na bola e, além das duas traves convencionais, havia pequenas traves nas duas laterais do campo, em que também era válido marcar gol. A ideia era deixar os laterais ainda mais atentos à marcação.

Southampton were linked with a move for Anderlecht starlet Marco Kana recently and the 18-year-old could well prove to be the long-term partner for Mohammed Salisu in the Saints backline.

According to Calcio Mercato, the South Coast club are scouting Anderlecht closely and like the look of Kana, who can play as both a centre-back and a central midfielder.

The Belgian U21 international, who is currently valued at £4.05 million by Transfermarkt, already has 22 appearances under his belt for Les Mauves’ first-team.

He arguably has the perfect mentor with him at the Pro League side, as they currently managed by former Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany, who won four Premier League titles during his time with the Citizens.

It has been suggested that the 34-year-old sees a lot of himself in Kana, so if he could replicate even half of what Kompany did during his time in England, then he would surely prove to be a very good signing indeed.

Should Southampton complete a move for Kana in the January transfer window, it could be argued that they already have the long-term future of their central defence sorted, following the signing of fellow youngster Salisu last summer.

The 21-year-old joined from Real Valladolid during the summer and although the Ghanaian is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Saints, he is touted for a big future with the club.

Therefore, you can definitely picture Kana alongside Salisu in the Saints team, which could spell bad news for fellow centre-back Jan Bednarek.

The Polish international has just 18 months of his contract remaining and if Salisu can establish himself as a first-team regular, potentially alongside Kana, before then, you worry whether Bednarek will have a long-term future with the South Coast side.

Whilst he has been fairly solid so far this season, having averaged a 6.78 rating for his performances in the top-flight, he has been error-prone in the past, which may lead Ralph Hasenhuttl to favour a new partnership in the future.

It will be interesting to see whether Southampton can complete a move for Kana in the coming window and how quickly the 18-year-old could establish himself as a key member of Hasenhuttl’s first-team.

وتعادل الفراعنة مع أنجولا بنتيجة 2-2، في المباراة التي جمعت بينهما، مساء أمس الجمعة، على ملعب “11 نوفمبر”، لتتأهل مصر رسميًا للمرحلة النهائية من التصفيات بعد تصدر المجموعة بـ11 نقطة.

وكتب كيروش عبر حسابه الرسمي بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”: “نخصص التصفيات المؤهلة إلى وائل جمعة الذي لم يستطع أن يكون معنا”.

وأضاف: “تهانينا للاعبين على شجاعتهم التي ظهرت في العودة الرائعة”.

وأتم قائلًا: “لقد تم الانتهاء من الخطوة الأولى، الآن أمامنا عمل شاق حتى المباراة الفاصلة في مارس”.

Jose Mourinho is now starting to prove exactly why Daniel Levy brought him in as the new head coach. After some hiccups last season which saw Spurs lose out on Champions League football, the three-time Premier League winner is making amends.

The Lilywhites have lost just one of their nine games played so far, winning six and drawing the remaining two. Their task will be to thwart Mourinho’s former side Chelsea, which will give them a huge boost in their title run if they can get the job done.

The Portuguese boss will fancy his side to come away with the spoils, especially after his recent masterplan involving Harry Kane.

Mourinho has unearthed a new Harry Kane

The England captain is globally known for his neat finishing and unstoppable threat in front of goal. Many have lauded him as the perfect example of a ‘complete striker’. Now, Mourinho is putting his skills to the test by giving him a more free-roaming role in the Tottenham squad.

Kane has been dropping deep and operating as more of a No.10 recently, which has been working wonders for Tottenham so far. Paul Merson was recently wowed by his performance and admitted that he was starting to do things that Manchester City playmaker Kevin de Bruyne does on the daily.

“I just struggle with words to describe him,” he told Sky Sports. “He is not far off the best player in the world.”

Indeed, Kane boasts 13 goals and 11 assists across all competitions so far this season and has contributed to 16 goals in his last nine appearances in the Premier League (via Transfermarkt).

His new role has been a masterstroke from Mourinho, who is getting results by playing Kane in the same manner that Jurgen Klopp plays Roberto Firmino. The Brazilian at Anfield is a key member of the Liverpool squad, but is struggling to reflect his hard work in his numbers.

Firmino finished last season with nine goals and eight assists and currently has just two goals and two assists to his name this term. Whilst he works well in Liverpool’s system, he isn’t bringing in numbers anywhere near Kane, which indicates that perhaps Mourinho has a secret Klopp doesn’t know about.

Principal reforço do Flamengo em 2016, o meia Federico Mancuello foi apresentado na manhã desta sexta-feira, em Mangaratiba. Com a presença do presidente Eduardo Bandeira de Mello e do diretor executivo de futebol Rodrigo Caetano, o argentino garantiu que não teme possíveis desafios que terá com a camisa rubro-negra e revelou que pretende começar a treinar com bola na próxima semana. A comissão técnica age com cautela e faz diversos estudos com o atleta antes de ele estrear. Afinal, em 2015, quando ainda jogava pelo Independiente (ARG), Mancuello sofreu uma lesão no tendão do pé direito que demorou a ser diagnosticada pelos médicos do clube argentino. Por conta disso, ficou mais de dois meses sem jogar. Perguntado sobre o caso, ele revelou ter detalhado a a lesão aos médicos do Fla quando foi contratado e não sente mais nada:

– Foi um ano muito lindo no início e mais ou menos depois. Joguei na Seleção e na metade para o fim do ano sofri uma lesão que não conseguimos resolver. A medicina não encontrava solução, fiquei um tempo fora, até que
encontramos o problema. Ao chegar aqui, eu mesmo disse isso aos médicos e começamos a estudar, fortalecer, e hoje não sinto mais nada. No total fiquei uns dois meses e meio parado por esse problema no tendão do pé.

Ex-jogador do Independiente, Mancuello foi contratado por três milhões de dólares (cerca de R$ 12 milhões) e assinou contrato de quatro anos com o Flamengo. O clube ficará com 90% dos direitos econômicos do jogador.

Jeffrey Schlupp scored a dramatic late equaliser as Crystal Palace came from behind to draw 1-1 with Tottenham Hotspur at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon.

It looked like it was going to be a long night for Roy Hodgson and his side after Harry Kane opened the scoring but the Eagles fought back from a goal down to rescue a point in the closing stages of the game.

Spurs looked the more comfortable side, but Palace weren’t without their chances, as Wilfried Zaha forced a fine save from Hugo Lloris before Eberechi Eze hit the post shortly before half-time.

But Schlupp bundled home the equaliser to put a dent in Tottenham’s title ambitions to stay within touching distance of Aston Villa, albeit Dean Smith’s side still have two games in-hand by Sunday night.

Hodgson’s side have now recorded two wins and a draw from their past five games in all competitions

Spurs largely dominated possession but Palace looked dangerous when they did get forward as Benteke went close with two headers before Schlupp struck late to give the Eagles a well-earned draw.

It was somewhat of a surprise to see Schlupp, who currently earns wages worth £50,000-per-week, start on the wing instead of Andros Townsend but the right winger came alive halfway through the first half.

As per SofaScore, he received a high rating of 7.3 out of ten for his efforts – he took 35 touches of the ball, provided 11 out of 15 passes (73%), had two shots on target, one shot blocked and made two key passes, whilst he also made two tackles, two interceptions, one clearance and blocked one shot, which suggests that he was a constant thorn in Jose Mourinho’s side.

The Evening Standard seemed to agree as they gave Schlupp a 7/10 rating, whilst football.london were effusive in their praise of the 27-year-old, claiming he ‘holds the ball exceedingly well’ and added he is ‘a great attribute for the team.’

Whilst he was largely tasked with helping Nathaniel Clyne fend off Son Heung-min and Sergio Reguilon on the right wing, his attacking prowess cannot be underestimated, as he helped to secure what could prove to be a vital point.

Palace will next take on West Ham at the London Stadium on Wednesday night, knowing they could climb above the Lions into the top half of the table if they can come away with three points, and we suspect Schlupp may have a part to play off the back of this impressive performance.
